Many presidents will not allow this to happen in their government, for official to use government money to gamble and he or she is be exposed, it will be the last day for that official to remain in his or her position in that administration because citizens will not be happy if government ignore the matter, but if government failed to take a decision to recover the money from him show that there is corruption in that government for someone using government money to gamble, 20 millions can go a long way to contribute for government economy that will make people to believe that the government is working to revive their economy that was about to collapse, well, I don't know how much is this young man daily budget on gambling, spending this huge amount of money just a week, show that he is not am experience gambler because experience gambler will use this amount of money one week or four years.
