Jose Mourinho, while at Fenerbahçe's helm, failed to qualify for the Champions League after being eliminated by Benfica. However, he has now been fired from Fenerbahçe, and Benfica has appointed him as the team's manager. Naturally, he became the manager who led Benfica to the Champions League. 
Jose Mourinho goes with controversy anywhere he goes to. I believe with this new club that he can bring success to Benifca and qualify them for the champions league but I think he has alot of negative press anywhere he goes to as he'll be making the media be more interested in Benifca now and that might distract them from playing football but it'll increase their revenue. Jose Mourinho needs a high profile club to accumulate his talent and not all this small clubs that he has being going to. He's still a top manager and needs to be playing in the big competition with teams that have a bigger chance of winning the competition.
