There is a reason why Napoli wanted Conte so much and even got rid of some players just to get him. I mean they literally sent away, literally just got rid of Osimhen, just to make sure they can keep Conte happy, not many normal teams does that. Because it is obvious these days it's very tough to have a good manager, and when you get a great one, you do whatever he asks. He is dealing with a great deal at the moment, and he is looking like he will get them a back to back title win, which is insane.
I might start to consider Conte has a great future ahead of him, and could become Sir Alex Ferguson level manager at Napoli. It depends of course, but if Napoli gives him enough time, like 20+ years, he could do the same here.
As long as the Napoli club continues to provide what Conte needs to build the Napoli squad to get better from season to season, then it is not impossible if Conte will be able to bring Napoli to become champions in Serie A in consecutive seasons.
And it has been proven that Conte is indeed able to improve this team quickly. In the last season, for example, he was immediately able to bring Napoli to become champions. Even though it was his first season at Napoli. But he immediately returned Napoli's performance to a good level. Even without Osimhen, Napoli remained good under Conte's care. I just don't know if he will continue to have a good relationship with the club or not. I mean whether the club will continue to comply with what Conte needs in the transfer market to build the Napoli squad or not. We don't know for sure. But I also see a bright future for Conte at Napoli.
