It's a bit strange (or not - it depends from which angle you look at it) that no advertiser wants to be in the focus and attract the best posters.
You do know, just like everyone else does that attracting the best posters (in your own terms) means paying even more than the average right? So what's strange about that?.. They simply don't have the budget to hold on for a long-term plan, or even try anything close to what Chipmixers did.

Not everyone has the same budget, but I was thinking here of those who certainly do, such as large and well-known online gambling companies. Regardless of their business model, which is different from gambling, CM has understood how to be on top. I would not agree that some of the companies that advertise on this forum do not have the money to launch such a campaign that would certainly be successful.

Top pay rates combined with 40-50 top posters and at least 30+ paid posts per week would be a combination for high level success.
