But for me I think Lakers don't need to trade AR, they already prove that he can blend well together with their stars. Lakers should find good solution to create good chemistry with their current roster now since they already have solid players on their team.

This is projected starting line up of Lakers.

PG Doncic
SG AR
SF LBJ
PF Rui
C Ayton

Maybe what they need is build a solid second unit since it seems that this is where they might get a problem especially if their stars will rest or worst will get injured.
You're right, they need to make a good second unit and that's what the other teams are good with.

But time will come when AR is no longer that valuable to them or asks for more, he'll step down as a Laker and will find another team that will match his asking.

The worry with AR is that he won’t be as good on another team. Think Jordan Poole after the Warriors.

Larry Bird I believe it was famously said he wouldn’t sign players after they were on LeBron’s team because LeBron makes everyone else better than they are. This could be the case with AR. If so, the Lakers need to trade him this year because once LeBron goes, AR may lose his trade value.

Poole still good when he has been separated on Warriors, but he's ego hits him hard that's why he commit lots of mistake. He push his self to much and try to portray that he's like a Stephen Curry type player.

But for AR? Well everything is questionable but I believe he can deliver. He already show some impressive performance when he's with Lebron and Luka. Maybe he would get more chance to provide more numbers especially if he go on the team on which there are less dominant player or he became the second option on scoring.

He's also young and provably won't decline that easily.
