I've noticed something new. I first saw it on the tech boards, but it happens on many other boards: Newbies with onelines who disappear again.

No you can’t recover a lost wallet just with the address. You need the private key or recovery phrase. The address alone only lets people send funds to you, not access your wallet.
If I'd have to guess, someone is testing which of his accounts are proxybanned and which are free to spam.
