Exactly mate, sometimes I wonder and get shocked when people claim and see gambling addiction as some sort of easy thing to get out from. Infact generally addictive mentality to anything at all be it drugs, gambling trust me it's definitely not that easy to get out of the grip. The funny part is that you would want to stop so badly but in all your efforts sometimes if you are not watchful you will still get back to that same taught of wanting to try out more hoping you can replicate such chances you have gotten that led to victory.
As usual, it's always very easy to say something but putting it to action becomes the real work. Many people always try to point out method to help other avoid being addicted or help them who are already addicted to come out of it. But these methods of we try to practice them one our own, you will see how difficult it actually is.
Addiction in general is one thing that if someone is not careful enough, he might not be able to get out of it without the help of external bodies. Many people ends up in rehabilitation centers due to addiction. And it takes luck to be abel to recover from it before ones life is completely screwed.
