AC Milan are currently winning Napoli 2:0 right now and if the match happens to end like this then they will end this week and this month of September on top of the Serie A standings. So far this this season they have been good that is why they are now sharing the same point with Napoli if they win. It should be a win for them because they have a two goal advantage over their opponent as it stands now. Napoli will need to score twice without response for them to grab a point tonight.
The match ended with a 2-1 victory for Milan, who thanks to this win are now joint top of the table with Napoli and Roma.
This first month of the championship has been fairly balanced.
The current standings give us plenty to think about. For example, Milan are now rightfully among the title contenders, while Roma, who have made a good start to the season, will certainly be fighting for a place in the top four.
Juventus will challenge Napoli for the Scudetto alongside Milan, and for the moment I will refrain from saying that Inter will also be a contender for the title, despite being only three points behind the leaders.
