It is gone and not coming back, there is a lesson here if you are buying and holding coins, no one have the right to know a single alphabet of your recovery seed, not even the companies that made the wallets.
I keep saying this over and over that knowledge should always come first before investment. No one is telling you to know everything about Bitcoin before you start investing but you should at least have some good knowledge on security tips before you start investing otherwise, you might just be investing for someone. Your investment will end up in vain if you lack the knowledge to protect your assets as much as possible. I'm sorry to say but it's actually foolishness because only a fool will invest in Bitcoin and not knowing how to secure it properly. I'm sure it must be written on the manual never to share your key with anyone including their staff.
