in this particular season, buy buy is encouragable for newbies and investors to embrace the season to buy bitcoin because the price has decreased to $109k to allow investors to buy huge amount of bitcoins.
You're indirectly talking about buying only dips here, newbies aren't supposed to be encouraged to buy simply because there's a presumed dip but should get started and continue buying regardless of the market price movement. For a good discipline, as long as newbies are sure they have discretionary income present, they should have their accumulation target clearly spelt out and use that as a focus to keep buying consistently until they achieve such target. They should also prioritize building out their backup funds like emergency fund and other variances of backup funds specific to the investor himself.
Buying only when the price is favorable is a bad attitude in Bitcoin investment and would see the newbie start timing the market instead of being consistent and committed to regular buys and such is the attitude of a trader and not an investor. Bitcoin is done with a serious minded approach and I cannot find any seriousness in timing the markets.
