I believe that Lukaku is a key player and has always been, it's incredible how people can think that he is easily replaceable, that boy is a real goalscorer and it's certainly not a few games that will make Conte forget about him, they realized it now by facing a team that is doing well and that is sorely lacking in front of goal
I always think like that. Lukaku was one of Conte's key player last season. A big mistake from Conte by signed Hojlund instead of Zirkzee to replace Lukaku. Zirkzee has almost similar gameplay as Lukaku that can hold the ball upfront quite long. It's totally different with Hojlund who has glass mentality, and have no muscle to duel with his opponent.
I never liked the decision to sign Hojlund, and this is what they get.
