If he's going to dump those 400 BTCs, it's a win for him. His patience has paid him off and that's a good retirement money already. He doesn't have to work all day long and get tired to the pressure of daily living. He can literally pay himself a salary in any amount that he can for years until he gets old. This is an early pension for him that he can live until for how many generations of his kin. Well played for that investor, holding for so long is truly paying off and even if we don't have a lot, this is what we aspires to happen to us when it'll take someone's attention like "1 BTC has been moved" and that the price of BTC by that time is a million or more.
