I would say that Milan fans have every reason to be satisfied. After years of torment, they are back at the top of the table, albeit level on points with Napoli and Roma.
Allegri's management is already bearing fruit, let's hope they don't find themselves in trouble right from the start! We need some competition at the top of the table.
That's right, Milan return to the top of the table could make a difference after Napoli, Juventus and Roma started the season quite well. Now I'm waiting for Inter to do the same, as their progress this season has fallen far short of expectations. The team has experienced several setbacks since Inzaghi departure. There's still time for Inter to make progress as they transition from Inzaghi familiar style of play to Chivu more modern system.
I think it would be better to consider Inter as contenders for the title too. It's not easy for them to change strategies and tactics after four years with the same coach, so I understand that this slow start is more than normal.
The more teams there are competing for the trophy, the more exciting the championship will be! I can't remember a Serie A season where four or five teams were in contention for the title until the end of the tournament.
Milan, Napoli, Juventus, Roma and Inter all competing for the title? We haven't seen that since the 1990s, perhaps.
