I think that everyone would prefer to buy BTC when the prices are lower, yet the main problem is not being able to know when the prices are going to be lower, and it tends to be much better to just buy regularly, persistently, ongoingly, consistently and perhaps even aggressively in order to just get as many bitcoin as soon as possible (within the scope of a guy's budget), rather than being whimpy about it and/or taking chances in order to try to get BTC for lower prices that might not end up happening.  Sure, if lower prices happen, then they happen, but there is no way to really count on them happening.
The increase or decrease in the price of Bitcoin may not be a big problem for investors, but the big problem for investors is their mentality. Maybe the price of Bitcoin is at a good level now, but when the price of Bitcoin was relatively low, some investors still thought that if the market goes down further from the current price of Bitcoin, they will invest in Bitcoin, but since then, these investors have not been able to invest. In fact, these investors themselves do not know when they will invest and what the lowest level of the market means to them. Now we can see the Bitcoin market regularly between $100K and $115K and seeing this price, some investors think that this is the highest level of the price and from here the Bitcoin market will definitely dump and when the market dumps, they will buy Bitcoin again, but if the price increases further from the current level of the market, then these investors will regret again why they did not invest.

I think people who have so much trouble with Bitcoin's price fluctuations will never invest, and even if they do, they will get a little too excited.
