It's simple mathematics really. There is usually a finite amount of money, while that number may grow, it's still not infinite number. That means, if Jeff Bezos sells all the groceries and shit, and if Elon sells all the cars, and if Bill sells all the OS, then all the money will be at them, because we al pay the same people.

Obviously that's not the case and there are other competitions, but you know what I mean by logic, they make billions and billions every year, from who? Each other? Jeff is not giving Elon 10 billion for cars, no, we do. And when we do, we do with loans and debt, so we owe him for the future as well. So keeps making money, they all do, and we keep losing money. When we wake up, we are poorer than yesterday, when they are richer.
