Amorim needs to make a change when it comes to the kind of formation he has been using that hasn't been productive... What is stopping him from using a 4-3-3 formation? Is it the board?
Amorin is a sturbon coach that doesn't study opponent system to adapt. He so believes in his own system and doesn't care what will work for the team. Everyone notice how disorganised Manchester united is when marking but Amorin is not paying time to this or even makes attempt to oppose his opponent formation.
Look at Manchester united defense too and you'll notice a wide space that makes it easy for opponents to penetrate. He believes in his own system of pressing but failed to work on how absorb pressure. Sorry to say that his system is just a foolish one because you can score goals neither defend goals. If he fails to change tactics, his exist is certainly near.
