This is a never ending discussion about who contributes more, what gender is superior and inferior. Let's all settle that both has great contributions in our society. We have to let go of the standard of whoever created that because both men and women are doing great not for themselves and whoever looks up to them but for their family. Let's say some are doing it for themselves but no one cares about that. What they do is for them to show the world that men or women can do things with what they are great at. People who are looking for equality yet is/are bias only with women and vice versa with others that says same thing about men.
Both genders have great contributions to the development of the society at large, talking about their impact in all aspects, I think their won't be need recognizing any as superior to the other because they both render assistance according to when needed.
In some traditional practicing society they value male because of linage continuity and protection. They believe women will live to form union with a man living his parents home empty if their is know male gender, which is true but looking at it in the other way round without the female gender their won't be reproduction so both work hand in hand in all aspects which means they are both relevant to the society.
