Amorim needs to make a change when it comes to the kind of formation he has been using that hasn't been productive... What is stopping him from using a 4-3-3 formation? Is it the board?
Changing the formation that he is using without changing his playing tactics will not produce a good result he has bought good players but everything is looking like a joke still because the players aren't adapting to his performance if you look at the coach complain he's been blaming his players for the team's inability to win matches I think there is something that is going on in the team that is not known to the public and the formation is one of them because the coach is not used to the 4-3-3 but the formation seems to the one the players he has in his team is used to which could be what is making the team not to win matches. The coach should adjust to a new formation or get the right players that will match to his formation.
The players are there already and for him to play everybody let him use the 4-3-3 because the players upfront and the midfielders will produce a better result. If his formation and tactics are good why hasn't he been getting the right result? If he's a coach that wants change he would have changed how he plays and the formation too. Imagine how Bruno the only player that has been consistent in the last 3 seasons is struggling with the new role he is playing and is not about the manager complain, the thing is nothing is working, things are not getting better, no improvement and for that he should for ones listen to his assistant, I wonder why he has an assistant in the first place...
If the formation and the tactics he is using at Sporting CP is working for him at Portugal then is definitely not working in the EPL, he should change after all he has the players, I believe that if another manager comes and handle the Red Devils things will turn out for good because the players are too good but for Amorim, he doesn't know how to use these players.
