Amorim tactics are not working because if they are working the effectiveness would have shown in there performance so this shows that is effort is not impactful at all because for seasons now the club have gone from bad to worst. And pep is good and have set to a good record for him self even if last season was tough for us but I believe that this season is going to be different. Because even the whole divorce of a thing most have affected him. Amorim seriously needs to work on the pattern he as adopted because it is not working for thr club he needs to do better because the Club is already losing everything. And the management careless if not they would have taken a better action on improving the club.
His tactics may have been quite effective in Lisbon, and that's what attracted Manchester United to his recruitment. However, in the few matches he's been coaching Manchester United, his tactics have been ineffective, making the team's play stagnant and lacking in creativity. Even worse, with such an expensive signing, their game hasn't developed, and they've been beaten by mediocre teams on numerous occasions.
He must improve his strategy, reevaluate his tactical approach, and pay attention to individual play, as Sesko hasn't looked like playing, Mbeumo has struggled to adapt, and other players are struggling as well. This doesn't look like the Manchester United we know because their performance has not improved from last season.
When Chelsea appointed Conte, he started with a 4-1-4-1 formation and he lost his first 3 games. He immediately changed to a 3-5-2 formation which perfectly suited the team. Chelsea went on to win the league that season.
Observing a particular league and understanding what works is what Amorim is failing to do and I'm looking to see how him being rigid takes him far as a Manchester United manager.
