Changing the formation that he is using without changing his playing tactics will not produce a good result he has bought good players but everything is looking like a joke still because the players aren't adapting to his performance if you look at the coach complain he's been blaming his players for the team's inability to win matches I think there is something that is going on in the team that is not known to the public and the formation is one of them because the coach is not used to the 4-3-3 but the formation seems to the one the players he has in his team is used to which could be what is making the team not to win matches. The coach should adjust to a new formation or get the right players that will match to his formation.
in fact they always blame the coach, I don't understand why they always blame the coach, not that in this case he didn't have it, it's just,
He certainly has his faults, but the players have to do what he says, the fact that there have been purchases that don't work, that is 100 percent the coach's problem, but the rest is the players who don't listen.
This is one thing that really pissed me off honestly, most people are just looking for who to make an escape goat when things isn't going well, or are they going to blame Ruben Amorin for Bruno Fernandes missed penalty in their last game against Brentford?
Because I am sure that if he had scored that penalty, everything including the outcome of that game might have changed to their favour, because that singular goal would have spur the team to put in more effort in coming out victorious, but after that game, most folks are still pinning the blame on the coach, which I find very funny.
Just that in football, the coach is always to blame if the team is not doing well, since he is responsible for the decision making in the team.
