What do you think? Is betting on the “rig side” actually an effective strategy, or just an excuse when people lose using stats?
There are gamblers who will look for cues in some sports just to justify that their suspicion that such sports is rigged even when it is not. Some of these cues are not real, just figments of their imaginations. They take actions of game officials who may act as individuals as evidence of the game rigged. It is better to make game analysis through statistics more than scripts especially in the big leagues. It is my opinion that gamblers who focus more on statistics are more successful gamblers than those who are looking for evidence of rigging in the sport they bet on.
