Pretty much every lottery winner ive read about and you've read about in the end they end up going broke again.

I don't think it is every lottery winner that has not utilized their money. There are some who have.

So I believe there are categories of gamblers who would not utilize their winning.
They are those who don't have skill of financial management.
Those who feels another day is a winning day
Those who are chronic gamblers.

But if you are a gambler that doesn't depend on gambling for source of living, you will see your winning as opportunity and you will utilize it.

The money goes away because they never learned how to keep it. They never earned it.

Who said a gambler never earn his winning?

What happens to his time on analysis, staking and how many times he lost, the heart pulse from bad feeling of losing? A gambler earns every money won because gambling is like investment.

I mean in a sense I guess it could be looked at as earned if its like a poker tournament or something but most gambling is based on chance and luck and a lottery would definitely be lucky. I wouldn't call buying a ticket truly earning something its more like a golden ticket at that point lol.

And to your first point yes there are some individuals that do win and manage their money wisely, but I feel like you just see them lose it all too much
