You do understand that before shares are being paid for any found block, the block needs to reach the required confirmations. Also during the first confirmations, it will show whether it will become an orphan or not (it happens from time to time). It's all there in the Statistics->Blocks page.

At zeuspool, we lowered the block confirmations from 50 to 40 which means faster payments.

What do you mean no income? - bonus income 0.5 for new block found reward
You never got paid from the pool? - no, it is working so far but i'm wondering is it accurate.
Did you check your account for unconfirmed balance? - everything is normal
Did you set auto-payment and a valid LGD wallet address for payments?  - Yep working fine.
Did you try a manual payout? - Working.

Yes i do understand the conformation process but in this pool there is bonus method for found block and when my rig received this message :

in the statistic tab i have to be able to found the bonus income and some times founding coin is not marked in the statistics -> blocks tab.
And yes i had already send mail to the support but no one answer so far. I've pictures to prove my statement. is it possible to investigate the issue?
