I have a psu that has not ATX cable to do the paper clip trick with...It is possible to jump a Molex connector?

It is a modular, addon style PSU, not a standard ATX PSU with a 20/24 pin connector.
The Epower-450cd PSU requires a source signal via a 4pin Molex to power on.
