Lion, we do want the community to help us, but as of right now, we have a solid team functioning properly in production of this project until we are ready to begin the hiring enrollment process.  We are excited to have new members on the team, and anyone looking to help contribute to PHCoin.   In the next few days, we will begin the hiring process for the team itself... and the job platform should be ready in about 30 days after tomorrow's launch.
