1 fee share = 20k share coin ..
1 sharecoin = 500 satoshi
this equates to 5m$ usd for the sharexcoin exchange website. Is this expensive or reasonable?
It is very expensive in my opinion.
If only 1000 of the 5000 fee shares are sold,as they are a bit expensive, then the 1000 will get 0.001% and what happens to the profit for the remaining 4000 unsold shares?
It goes to the owner in this case. So the longer the shares are unsold, the devs will be getting the profits from the unsold shares + 95% of the profit.
For the initial distribution to finish, all the stakeholders have to buy fee shares, which is very unlikely in the near future, and as long as the initial distribution is ongoing, owners enjoy 95%+ profits.
So it becomes just another exchange which sells 5% of its shares for I share = 0.1BTC which is a bit high for a brand new exchange.
In fact cryptsy did a similar IPO @ 0.05BTC in last October.

I have the same point. And I will keep my share instead of buying Fee.
Let's assume that the trade volume is 100BTC ( which may be not bad for a new exchange). Let's assume the trade fee is 0.2%.
So everyday's earns are about 0.2BTC.
If I used my 60k Share to buy ShareFee, I can get 3 ShareFees.
So I can get 0.2*3*0.001%=0.000006BTC.
Can I ignore this incoming?
