We have never opened the package, however, some customers reported to us that some of the miners seem used (most are still brand new). The miners are fully functional, it is cosmetic scratches and dust on top of some of the miners.

Therefore we are selling them as used product at huge discount. No refund/return will be provided if the miner is functional.
