too many coins

I agree, too many coins, not enough innovation.
Where is the privacy we all came here for? These coins are copy cats of copy cats of Bitcoin which we all know is irreparably flawed due to the transparent block-chain.
Darkcoin has Darksend which is the best digital currency for anonymity with built in i.p. scrambler so no one knows who sent who what amount except you and them, Peer-to-peer.
What's the point about being that anonymous? Is it somehow good for average people or organisation and companies? I mean anonymity is important but what Bitcoin, NXT or NAS offers is already anonymous. Nobody knows which account belongs to whom. NXT and NAS are even more secure than Bitcoin because in case of getting visited by the police they will just find the NXT/NAS software on your computer but without the passphrase it means nothing. If you really want to blur your traces then just send your coins to an exchange which uses just one wallet for payouts (like Bter). Of course Bter knows to whom the coins belong but if you buy or sell Darkcoin on an exchange it's the same.
My opinion is that anonymity is important but 100% anonymity is not. Maybe just for people in danger or criminals. If Darkcoin is really anonymous you will get the problem that all the criminals all over the world will use it. Not good reputation for a coin although the price will certainly go up as more criminals use it - but it's for sure no crypto for average people.
btw. you can also scramble your ip with additionally software if you really want to.
