Ok, I will keep this round up for another 24 hours. If there are no more deposits I will end the round and create a new round. In the new round it will be 2% per hour and it will be using the mass send API which means 1 deposit per address.

If this round gets revived, I will keep it up until it goes 24 hours without a deposit.

I believe this is the fairest way to go about things.
