Dear SecureErase i am very thankful that you are Helping me i talked mostly 3 time with ups but they are not giving me a better answer thats why i contact to consignee sender if bitmaintech will ask them they will reply correctly because bitmain is a big customer. I talked with ups today and they told me they writing my complain they will update me soon. i written a mail to thier sister company but no reply
