The reason I say in the devs hands is simple.  Read his so called plan for the pre-mine.  Its a bunch of made up shit that is cover for him to sell off the pre-mine for a fast buck.  He will make up wallets and ship coins off as payments and funding for these so called groups like the witches and the priests.  Then empty those wallets onto any buy orders that pop up.  Its laughable.  No one will ever pay .00025000 btc each for these.  Shit I bet no one would pay .00000200 each for them.  Sorry to all you miners who wasted your time mining this for nothing.  Oh btw don't expect the public to get much of this coin going forward with that scam block timer of 666 seconds either.
