Yeah, I used the support area lost password reset accidentally. Turns out you have separate accounts for when you are contacting their support desk... anyway I have used the correct password reset now but I do not receive any password reset emails. This is a common problem from googling it seems, their password reset simply doesnt work and doesnt send out emails. Very useful

I am starting to wish Id used a different exchange now as I do not really wish to wait forever and a day for them to give access to my money! The most frustrating thing is I can see no reason why I am locked out of my account since I know my password (for definite) but it will not login with it!!
