Please read the OP or a couple pages back...Your Dreamcoin.conf file must be a captial "D" not dreamcoin.conf, that should fix it and make sure you have addnode in it.

Zerocoin is implemented into Dreamcoin, Zerocoin is still in alpha stages with libzerocoin, read more about zerocoin on zerocoin.org
