You will have to wait for the 72 hours.
The problem is not on my end but with the Blockchain API itself. I tested it and if there are 2 addresses in the same JSON file it will only send the one payment I'm fairly positive.

For less problems for the people not from this thread, it will be good to write this to the FAQ on the site and also make the link to the old round. FAQ has to be updated.
