I don't have any windows system but I compiled ubuntu daemon and it's getting 12 connections now. However it syncs quite slow.

I guess we need more people to leave their wallets open because that's how POS works. Wink

EDIT: it's fully synced now right from the scratch to block 36351
I'll leave it running to help network.
