Think i was one of the first CA orders (#115XX) and one of the last that requested a refund. It hurts my tiny miner heart a little bit but it was to much mess here and no possibility to ROI the amount of refunded BTC with my electricity price.
We'll see us again in the next winter - when KnC is still here (i hope so) and learned from the mistakes.
