Maybe I should go into more detail? Havlock seems nice, but their reputation has been damaged by the recent NEOBBQ drama and their own listing, HIF. Cryptostocks is run by a known scammer, bitcoinbourse will let any scammer list. I am not sold on distributed exchanges. That leaves MPEx, the oldest exchange, they have a reputation to uphold, they use solid signed contracts for their listings, and they promote transparency (EG issuing detailed monthly reports instead of quarterly reports which do not include information an investor needs).
