How many accounts does this user hold and why does that ? I read that he buys accounts (ref: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=601491.msg6626245#msg6626245). But why ? I mean account buying selling is also a business like bitcoin buying & selling ?

Well there's obviously money to be made from accounts and sig deals and he just capitalised on that as many others do. If you check the marketplace there's quite a few people buying and selling accounts so there's obviously a demand and market for them.
