I kept a copy of the current v1.3 release of Emerald, so I went ahead and uploaded to several locations below.

I don't think the community of coin supporters enjoy the idea of seeing a coin project just die, especially those who have invested their hashrates regardless of the speedbumps the coin may face.

What is emeraldd.exe file with 48MB in your upload?

That's the compiled daemon, not needed for windows. If you want to compile your own daemon for *nix you can do so by cloning the src from github.
