Well the thing is, that this is not the "team" organising this.. nor is it the "blackcoin foundation". This PR is a push by a member (morituri13) and the way I see it, he has managed to raise 15k $ in private, and he asked Soepkip then to push the idea to the community to get more funding.

I agree/ believe that coordinated release would have a good impact on the price, but yes, not a lot of people are good at that.. But yes, IE is good at it
