I downloaded QT in few minutes after start and there were 3 blocks. There is no instamine. But I don't understand how to mine this coin with CPU's.
You can mine with your CPU by typing 'setgenerate true -1' in the console:
Help -> Debug Window -> Console
However, at this difficulty, CPU mining will be extremely hard if not impossible.
