yeah they create user months before creating scam-coin, in this way they look more legit lmao

How exactly can this be a "PRE" (oh wait, its a 'RE', uh huh) when this coin's been around for a couple months? You just RE-ANN'ing it to try and get it on an exchange now that you've had a few months time to (p)re-mine the fuck out of it?
