Seriously thats way wrong, he never explained anything at all of this. I got paid 0.00004, 15 times less, without a single word on what he was planning.

It never mention that the portion of the hardware is proportionnal to the total number of bond sold, it's just a portion.
Also the inscrease is guaranted ... but not how much so if he add just 1 MH/s he fills his contract.
I think lots of ppl including me didn't read the first contract carefully enough. The new contract is not there to screw us, he could have done this with the old one
