How often should i open my wallet for best profit:

1. Once / week
2. Once / day
3. Keep it open 24 / 7
4. Other

You won't need to open your wallet, it will stake as long as your address has balance in the network.

Ok. I was just wondering, because 1.day i received 59 coins and 2.day 28 coins... hmmm... So it's gonna be about 30% after 365 days, but some randomness

Yeah, the 30% is just a long-term interest. You'll receive more or less but in the long run you will receive 30% per year.
