I love it, I leave my laptop by my bed as I sleep, the mtgox flash causes the fan to start up. Whenever big activity happens, the fan goes berserk and wakes me up. What a lovely thing to wake up to. 
Ahahahahaha Me, I just have a notification app on my phone. It's easier. Also, rather non-intrusive, I don't daytrade so I don't want to be waken up at the middle of the night. But if it's early morning, I don't mind watching the horse races.
