If your referring to the folding pool :
Set your auto pay threshold to 1 (or your desired amount, but 1 will ensure daily payout) to get paid everyday automatically. The manual payout button does work but payouts are only run once every 24 hours. I reccommend the auto pay option as it will be less hassle for you and save you a little time.  

If you are referring to one of the SHA mining pools you will have to ask the operator of that site if you are having an issue.
