i am not sure a GT530 is compute 3.0 or compute 3.5 .
might be that GT530 is older compute.
i would try ccminer30.exe , maybe that one will work.
your speed is not accurate either , unless you got a super ultra TITAN
and maybe add -d 0 to the command line , ( -d 0 = device 0 = gpu 1 )
