That just doesn't work, your card doesn't understand that compute capability. I compiled a ccminer for compute capability 2.1 yesterday: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167229.msg6676746#msg6676746
Beware: Future CCMiners will probably not work at all anymore. Future development will drop cc2.1 completely in favor of 3.0, 3.5 & 5.0.

Message me if you want to try a compilation for ccminer2.0 (very old cards, probably not worth it though). I just get weird HTTP errors with them, but maybe someone else has more luck.
