Strange way of introducing shares.
This is actually how shares usually work. The issue is people around here don't understand that if there are 100 shares, each one represents 1% of the company. As a result, the IPOs have to specifically spell this out (otherwise we'd see posts like "what? 100 shares? so how much is each one worth?!").
