I bought from GAW miners and have received great support personally but a cryptostock buy I am in has not. See https://cryptostocks.com/announcements/2164 Its a shame since I have been following the story and have seen the messages they posted on their forums and although support has been in contact with them consistently no resolution has been reached for over a month. It seems they have been stringing them along for a bit hopefully it can and will be resolved soon.
I'm sorry to read this but I have no doubt that they are doing everything possible to resolve the matter.
I know from personal experience that meet hundreds of clients is virtually impossible but that is where the difference is made by a great customer service.
Sometimes it takes a little time to solve problems, sometimes it takes more.
I understand the anger or disappointment but better to have the willingness to solve the problems that the total absence.
However, I hope that the problem will be resolved soon
